Who is the employer?

APL Team. The worker is our employee: we manage the contract, pay and compliance; you manage the daily work.

Does the worker arrive already trained on safety?

Yes. Mandatory training is provided through Forma.Temp (the Italian sector fund for temporary agency workers’ training) before the assignment starts.

What if the person is not the right fit?

We handle the replacement without you having to restart the search.

Does equal treatment apply?

Yes. It is guaranteed by law, in line with the user company’s direct employees.
