That is why APL Team uses the opportunities offered by Forma.Temp (the Italian sector fund for temporary agency workers’ training).
How it works
Our membership of Forma.Temp lets us build training programmes tailored to the position, at no cost to the user company or the worker. Training takes place before the assignment starts, so the person arrives ready.
The first level, required by law. It covers role orientation, agency workers’ rights and duties, and general safety training under D.Lgs. 81/2008.
It is delivered before the assignment starts: the worker arrives fully compliant.
Technical skills specific to the role, defined together with the company during job analysis.
It can cover machinery and equipment, operating procedures, management software or certifications required by the sector — from forklift licences to HACCP certificates.
Learning does not stop at onboarding. During the assignment, workers can access refresher programmes on company procedures and new technologies.
For those completing an assignment, reskilling programmes ease the move to a new position.
At no cost to the user company or the worker, under the terms set by the fund.
